We were thrilled to have Ashley join our team. As a Post-Bar Law Clerk from Santa Clara University School of Law, her experience includes a blend of transactional and litigation skills, as well as providing legal support throughout various departments of the law firm. She takes pride in providing competent, diligent, and efficient service to our clients. She efficiently works with a high volume of documents in a fast-paced environment. Apart from litigation, she also has experience in real estate law, property law, business law, contract law and corporate law. Her excellent oral and written communication skills have been employed to provide success and satisfaction for each of our clients.
Prior to joining Tyler & Bursch, LLC, she worked as a Law Clerk for The Giardinelli Law Group, APC, assisting in the representation of numerous REALTOR® Associations in California, with membership exceeding 35,000 REALTORS®. Prior to graduation from law school, she was a Bar-Certified Law Clerk for The Honorable Carol D. Codrington of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth District, Division Two. Additionally, she was a Law Fellow with the Panetta Institute for Public Policy and was selected to represent California State University, San Marcos as a Congressional Intern in Washington, D.C. She was the Managing Technical Editor for Santa Clara University, School of Law’s Journal of International Law and was the Santa Clara University, School of Law Chapter President of The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies from 2015-2016.
